The 17 PKK prisoners captured following their escape from Bingöl M Type jail last week have been transferred in various prison around the country.

One of the prisoner is still on the run, while the other 17 had been captured a day after the escape. The prisoners had dug a 70 metres tunnel.

According to DİHA News Agency, the 17 prisoners have been transferred to Erzurum H Type prison, Bolu F Type prison, Ankara 2 No F Type and Van F Type prison.

The father of one of the prisoners, Zeki Bulut, was told his son Şahin had been transferred when he went to visit him today.
