The Long March organised by Ciwanên Azad in Germany, which began from the Duisburg city on August 31, was hindered by police forces in Grevenbroich town on the grounds of the music played by participants on their way to Leverkusen.
In the face of the obstruction by German police, youths joining the march have started a sit-in in Grevenbroich town.
While police state that the march will be allowed on conditions that participants do not play music, Ciwanên Azad members continue their sit-in, voicing determination to continue their protest in the same way. Police have cut the cables of loudspeakers and continue their provocation.
