Because of military operations to be carried out in Şırnak, entry and exit to and from six areas on Mount Cudi is prohibited until 3 December.

All civil activities and mining activities in the region have also been stopped until this date.

In its statement, the Governorship of Şırnak said: "Entry and exit in the following regions in Cudi Mountain, Habis Hill, Helanipir Tepe, Kinişir Tepe, Eğera Tepe, Dijivar Tepe, Kerede Tepe and rural areas within the borders of Silopi district activities and mining activities are prohibited until 3 December 2020 at midnight.”
