The police carried out another raid on the HDP Amed offices this morning. The 3 hunger strikers who had been detained and released before were detained again.

MPs Dersim Dag, Tayip Temel and Murat Sarisac and party members Sevican Yasar, Salih Cansever, Ismet Yildiz, Salih Tekin, Bilal Ozgezer, Abdulhalik Kurt and Yusuf Ates launched a hunger strike in the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Amed offices. The offices were raided by the police and 7 activists were detained. 4 of them were arrested and others were released.

Abdulhalik Kurt, Yusuf Ates and Salih Cansever were released after the March 8 raid and continued their hunger strike in the party offices.

HDP Amed offices were raided by the police today at 07:20, for the third time, and Abdulhalik Kurt, Yusuf Ates and Salih Cansever were detained again in the raid.
