HDP deputies Sebahat Tuncel, Selma Irmak and Kemal Aktaş and a member of the executive board of the DTK, Feleknaz Uca, will carry out a sit-down protest and hunger strike in front of the United Nations building in Geneva after a series of meetings.

According to a statement issued by the Democratic Society Congress (DTK) the co-president of DTK and HDP deputy Selma Irmak, who carried out some observations in Kobanê, and HDP deputies Sebahat Tuncel, Kemal Aktaş and a member of the executive board of DTK, Feleknaz Uca, will hold a sit-down protest and hunger strike after meetings in Geneva to protest attacks by ISIS gangs on Kobanê.

The action will also highlight the silence of the United Nations, which is just watching an international humanitarian tragedy unfold and is not doing its duty.
