HDP Dersim parliamentary candidates Edibe Şahin and Alican Önlü are continuing their campaigning in the villages and districts of the province.  The election delegation in Dersim comprising the Peoples’ Democracy Party (HDP), Party of Democratic Regions (DBP), Federation of Democratic Peoples (DHF), Socialist Party of the Oppressed (ESP) and representatives of Emep and Partizan visited the district of Nazimiye yesterday following its visit to Pülümür district.

HDP Dersim candidates Edibe Şahin and Alican Önlü and Dersim Co-mayor Mehmet Ali Bul and deputy co-mayor İbrahim Kasun chatted to villagers. The topic of a return to evacuated villages was brought up, and the parliamentary candidates called for this process to be accelerated. The delegation went to the Ramadan stream, where hundreds of people were massacred in 1937-38 and lit candles, before leaving the district.
