Yet another attack targeted the HDP election office in the southern province of Mersin last night.
An unidentified assailant broke the windows of the HDP election office in 45 Evler neighborhood of Yenişehir district last night. The assailant then tore down the flags of the party and left a stone wrapped with the flag of the MHP (Nationalist Movement Party) outside the office.
Eyewitness Medeni Gürkan said that the attack was carried at around 03.20 at night. According to Gürkan, the assailant first removed the flags outside the election office before breaking its windows with a stone.
