The Democratic Kurdish Community Centers and the Australian Democratic Kurdish Community Federation have undertaken the 'Twin Family' campaign launched by the HDP to support families in need due to consequences of the coronavirus pandemic.

The campaign has been launched recently in the country and is concentrated especially in the cities of Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

While the number of families participating in the campaign reached 90 in Melbourne, tens of people joined in Sydney and Perth.

Democratic Kurdish Community Centers executives in three cities expressed their satisfaction with the interest shown in the campaign, and stated that there are still many families they are trying to reach.

Due to the pandemic, the campaign is carried out over social networks or by phone.
