HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) Istanbul MP Garo Paylan attended the annual dinner held in Paris yesterday by Co-ordination Council of Armenian organizations of France, CCAF.

During the meal, Garo Paylan met with the French president Emmanuel Macron. At his meeting with Macron, Paylan voiced his concerns about the recent developments in Turkey and Afrin.

In the same event, Paylan was honored by Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris with the highest distinction of the city "la médaille Grand Vermeil" for his struggle for democracy and human rights in Turkey.
