In a statement regarding this morning's bombing in Kayseri which targeted specially trained Turkish commandos in city center, Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Central Executive Board expressed their condolences for the deceased and wish a fast recovery to the wounded, and their deepest sympathy for the families

HDP said they are deeply saddened by the vortex of violence Turkey is gradually dragged into, and that they share sympathy for the pain.

The statement by HPD Central Executive Board said:

"We have long passed the stage of settling with messages of condemnation. We all must stand together for peace, democracy, justice and freedom against violence, to end this pain and prevent new tragedies from happening.

We can overcome these troubled times by being in solidarity, improving conditions and encouraging peace in the country. This is the first step of putting an end to this turmoil without losing our hopes.

Our call is towards ending the politics, tone and language that creates tension, polarization, hostility, chaos and conflict both in terms of internal and foreign affairs.”
