People coming from everywhere are gathering to Izmir hospital following the death of Serzan Kurt, earlier today. Serzan Kurt had been badly hurt during an ultranationalist attack on Kurdish students on 12 May in Mugla. ‘His cerebral death had already occurred when he arrived to the hospital’ explained doctors. His friends, families and hundreds of people were waiting in front of the hospital for 7 days. BDP members, deputies, trade unions and the numerous NGO members along with young Kurds are already in front of the hospital.

High level security measures both around the hospital and in Mugla have been taken.
