Life is starting to return to normal in Kobanê town of Rojava (West) Kurdistan where resistance against the occupation attempt of barbarian ISIS gangs is continuing for 172 days.

While people in Kobanê are working to clean the town centre of the ruins left by the months-long battle, children are enjoying the freedom of playing games outside on the streets.

The citizens of Kobanê, including those who never left their hometown despite the ISIS attacks and those who have recently returned after the liberation of the town from the ISIS, are cleaning up and repairing their houses, streets and shops.
