The International Kürecik Assembly said that it is unacceptable to degrade the massacre in Paris into a solitary racist attack.
The Executive Board of the International Kürecik Assembly (UKM) released a written statement about 23 December’s armed attack that claimed the lives of three Kurds and injured three others near a Kurdish cultural centre in the heart of the French capital.
Defining the attack as “a planned one”, the International Kürecik Assembly said, “An international investigation should be launched to reveal the motives behind the attack. It is unacceptable to degrade the massacre in Paris into a solitary racist attack.”
The statement continued: “The Kurds have shown on the streets that they will not be afraid. Dark forces seek to transform Paris, a city of democracy, into a city of bloodsuckers. Let's protect human values and form public pressure to reveal all the forces behind the massacre.”
