Van and Erciþ Offices of Public Prosecution launched an investigation into the buildings that collapsed as a result of the 7.2 magnitude earthquke on October, 23.

While the investigation of Van Public Prosecutor was initiated with the examination of a seven folded building in Van which allegedly collapsed because its columns were removed by its owner, all demolished buildings in the city will be taken into the scope of the investigation today.

The Public Prosecutor of Erciþ also launched an investigation which will soon include all collapsed buildings in the district center.
