A special commission was established in the Iraqi parliament to investigate the use of chemicals by the Turkish state against freedom guerrillas. The established commission will go to the operation regions and conduct investigations there.
Fatah Coalition Parliamentarian Refiq Salihi spoke to the Iraqi media and said: “The issue of the Turkish state's use of chemical weapons on the territory of the region was put on the agenda in the Iraqi parliament and a commission was established to investigate it. The commission will go to the operation regions and carry out an investigation to shed light on the issue.”
Refiq Salihi stated that the Commission will include representatives from the Ministry of Defense, the Iraqi Parliament's Public Security and Defense Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and added: "The purpose of the commission is to collect all relevant documents in order to file a complaint with the United Nations Security Council."
