Syrian Democratic Forces have liberated part of the Sinaa neighborhood to the east of Raqqa and have launched search efforts in the cleared areas. During these efforts, a workshop was discovered where ISIS gangs manufacture sabotage equipment like bomb-laden vehicles, bomb-laden motorcycles and remote control landmines.

Residents say the building used for preparing bomb-laden vehicles used to be a plastics factory before the gangs invaded Raqqa.

Al Mashlab neighborhood was liberated last night and a bomb-laden vehicle was discovered in the neighborhood.
