ISIS kills 2 more civilians in Tuz Khurmatu

ISIS attacked civilians who set out to receive the bodies of those killed in an earlier ISIS attack in Tuz Khurmatu in South Kurdistan (North Iraq). 2 more people were killed.

Tuz Khurmatu District Police Chief Hisên Elî on Tuesday announced that two civilians from the town of Amirli were killed yesterday in an ISIS attack while fishing in the Zerge River, and their bodies still laid on the ground. On Wednesday, ISIS attacked the relatives of the murdered civilians, who went to the area to retrieve the dead bodies.

Hisên Elî said that two civilians lost their lives as a result of the ISIS attack and armed clashes between the two sides continued for a long while.

The bodies of the two slain civilians have been taken to the Tuz Khurmatu Hospital.
