The ISIS has built a checkpoint on the road between Dibis and Kirkuk. Two vehicles were stopped by IS militia officers wearing Iraqi police uniforms and three of the civilians were killed. Three more people were injured.

Police spokesman Ali Kemal confirmed the attack and said the civilian vehicles had subsequently been set on fire.
