Jezra village to the east of Raqqa and west of Deir ez-Zor liberated
In the third phase of the Operation Wrath of Euphrates, SDF fighters have cleansed the Jezra village of Raqqa of ISIS gangs.
Wrath of Euphrates fighters advancing towards Raqqa on Abû Xeseb front have liberated the village of Jezra to the east of Raqqa and west of Deir ez-Zor at 18:45 Thursday evening.
Many ISIS members were killed during the clashes in the village of the Qesra town.
Earlier today, SDF fighters surrounded the village and hit the positions ISIS built in the entrance. They evacuated the people and relocated them to safe zones.
