"Journey of Freedom" action to kick off in Germany on 3 September

Young people from Kurdistan and internationalists will start the "Journey of Freedom" action in Germany on 3 September to demand freedom for Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan. The action will continue till 8 September.

Young people from Kurdistan and internationalists are preparing to take to the streets in Germany with the slogan "Journey of Freedom with the Apoist Spirit". Young people will start the Freedom Journey (Rêwîtiya Azadiyê) action demanding freedom for Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan on 3 September. The action will take place between the German cities of Dortmund and Cologne, where it will end on 8 September.

The organizing committee of the action called everyone to participate in a message on social media accounts. The organizing committee said: "We will unite as Kurdish and internationalist youth to resist and win against capitalism, fascism and colonialism. We will continue to fight to free Rêber Apo [Abdullah Öcalan], and to realize our dreams."

A conference on the isolation of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan will be held on the first day of the Freedom Journey, which will be attended by young people from France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England and all across Europe.
