Stating that the current conflict environment should absolutely be ended to ensure a healthy progress for constitutional solution process, KCK Executive Council Presidency noted that unilateral efforts will not be sufficient to actualize a solution process unless the army and the police stop operations.

KCK remarked that the creation of a process without conflict and the development of a solution process should be implemented.
