Van 1 High Criminal Court has decided to sentence politicians in the "KCK Van Main Case".

Despite of the previous Supreme Court ruling, the Van Court has sentenced to 8 years and 9 months for Van Municipality Co-Chairman Bekir Kaya and the other defendants to 7 years 6 months to 8 years and 9 months prison sentence.

The court also decided to issue arrest warrant for all defendants.
