Kurds and their friends in Germany protest Turkish attacks

Kurds and their friends took to the streets in Germany to protest the Turkish invasion attacks in South Kurdistan and Rojava.

In Germany, the Kurds and their friends took to the streets against the invasion attacks carried out by the Turkish state in South Kurdistan and Rojava.

LEIPZIG

Hundreds of people marched in Leipzig as part of the Global Day of Action to defend Kurdistan.

In Leipzig the march was organised by Defend Kurdistan with the slogan "Defend Kurdistan Defend the Revolution, Stop Turkey's War".

FREIBURG

In the city of Freiburg, Kurds and German left groups protested the invasion attacks.

Ertuğrul Kürkçü, HDP's former Istanbul MP and the party’s Honorary President, said that the Kurdistan revolution is the only hope of freedom for the peoples of the Middle East.

HANNOVER

The Kurds and their friends also took to the streets in Hannover.

Speaking on behalf of Defend Kurdistan, Nada Nana said: "We will continue our local and diplomatic efforts to defend the Rojava Revolution, which is the revolution of the century.

FRANKFURT

Kurds and internationalists protested the Turkish state's invasion attacks and condemned the German government which sells arms to Turkey.

COLOGNE

A march was also held in Cologne. The march was supported by DKP, Partizan and Mala Kurdan.

AGIF co-chair Mesut Duman also drew attention to the hypocrisy of Europe, which supports war policies.

HAMBURG

A march was held in Hamburg to condemn the invasion attacks launched by the Turkish state in many parts of Kurdistan.

Speaking on behalf of the Hamburg DKTM, Emine Birecik said that the occupation attacks, as well as chemical attacks against guerrilla areas, are crimes against humanity and that they will be in a constant struggle against it.

BERLIN

A march was also held in Berlin, organised by Nav-Berlin, Dest-Dan Women's Assembly and Defend Kurdistan.

Activists denounced the use of chemical weapons by Turkey.

SAARBRUCKEN

An action was held in Saarbrücken.
