Kurds in Copenhagen protest Turkey's attacks against Rojava

Kurds in Copenhagen took to the streets to protest the attacks and massacres carried out by the Turkish state.

The killings by Turkish state of Qamishlo Canton co-chair Yusra Darwish, her deputy Leyman Shiwesh and Fırat Tuma were protested in Copenhagen.

The people of Kurdistan, who came together in the Copenhagen municipality square, said: "We, the Kurds living in Denmark, state that we do not accept this fascist attack and strongly condemn it. We call on the Danish public and government to be sensitive about this issue."

In the statement, the Kurds said that the genocidal attacks carried out by the Turkish state cannot prevent the struggle waged by women, and that Kurdish women will fight against the colonialist, fascist and patriarchal mentality.
