Lawyers for Diyarbakýr elected Hatip Dicle will appeal to the Election Board tomorrow in order to get the decision with which the Board declared Dicle unelegible reversed. Dicle is the deputy who got the highest number of preferences in Diyarbakýr.

The Election Board has ruled on Tuesday for Dicle to have his mandate removed.
