Limassol Kurdish People's Assembly collects signatures to demand delisting of PKK

Limassol Kurdish People's Assembly opened a stand to collect signatures for the ongoing petition to remove the PKK from the European Union list of terrorist organizations.

Signatures are collected in the city of Limassol, in Cyprus, by the Kurdish People's Assembly for the ongoing campaign to remove the PKK from the EU list of terrorist organizations in Europe.

Meeting with the people in the touristic Marina district of Limassol, Kurdish activists spoke to those who visited the stand about the philosophy of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and the struggle of the PKK.

A large number of signatures were collected, said the statement made on behalf of the Assembly, which added that their aim is to collect 60,000 signatures in Cyprus.
