A huge banner in solidarity with Afrin was hung on the building of Italy’s Livorno City Council

The municipality stated that the banner in solidarity with Afrin will remain hung for a month.

Livorno City Council had previously approved with the majority of the votes the friendship and fellowship project with Kobanê, Qamishlo and Suruç, becoming the fifth city in Italy which developed town twinning with the mentioned Kurdish cities after Napoli, Genova, Palermo and Rome.
