Many detained during police raids on HDP offices in Izmir
HDP is among the main targets of the political annihilation campaign of the government across the country.
In the western province of İzmir, Turkish police stormed the building of the HDP provincial association, district associations in Buca and Konak and many flats early Friday morning. Many people were taken into custody, including the co-chairs of the HDP provincial association, Berna Çelik and Çınar Altan. The search in the building and other HDP offices continues.
