People's Defense Forces Press Office HPG-BIM said in a written statement on Wednesday that the Turkish army has launched an operation in the Bozanlar area of Aliboğazı region in Dersim.

HPG-BIM remarked that the operation started on September 10 and is still continuing today with armored military vehicles laying ambushes in the area.

HPG-BIM added that the region has also been a scene of intense reconnaissance flights for the last two days.
