MIT officials to give testimony in KCK case

Special authorized Istanbul Deputyship of Public Prosecutor stated that MIT (National Intelligence Organization) undersecretary Hakan Fidan had been called to testify within the scope of the KCK investigation.

In a statement about the subject, Deputy Chief Prosecutor Fikret Seçen remarked that MIT undersecretary Hakan Fidan, former Undersecretary Emre Taner and deputy undersecretary Afet Güneþ had been called to give their statements.

The statement noted that MIT officials would be asked whether they had conveyed information to KCK during the “Oslo meeting” between PKK and the Turkish state.

In a statement on 7 February evening, Chief Public Prosecutor Turan Çolakkadý and special authorized Deputy Chief Prosecutor Seçen had denied the news on the subject.
