For several weeks now, buses have been touring Europe as mobile libraries to make the philosophy of Abdullah Öcalan accessible to a broad public. On Saturday, one of these buses was in Vienna. A stand with books and brochures was set up in front of the bus, and loudspeakers were used to provide information about Öcalan's model of a gender-equal, ecological and grassroots democratic society and the background to his isolation in Turkish custody.
