Moslem: ISIS lost and so will Turkey

PYD Co-President Saleh Moslem spoke during the 24th International Kurdish Culture Festival and said that Kurds were writing history in the Middle East and Turkey would soon lose as ISIS did recently.

Tens of thousands of people continue to participate in the 24th International Kurdish Culture Festival in Cologne, Germany. PYD Co-President Saleh Moslem spoke in Kurdish, Arabic and Turkish, and recalled that Kurdish, Assyrian and Arab peoples are trying to establish a new libertarian and federal system in Rojava in order to solve the problems of the region. Moslem stated that Kurdish people are leading the struggle of democracy and struggling ISIS and its allies across the world.

Moslem stated that the Rojava model is the solution model of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan for the Middle East, and Kurds are writing history in Rojava today.

Moslem emphasized that Kurds respect other peoples in the region and struggle for fraternity, and warned that Turkey would lose in the region just like ISIS has lost recently. Moslem criticized Turkey’s support for ISIS and said that Rojava has never been a threat to the peoples of Turkey.

Tens of thousands of people often interrupted Moslem’s speech as the chanted slogans such as “Long Live Leader Apo” and “Murderer Erdoğan.”
