Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) municipalities continue to provide assistance to earthquake victims in Van. The city was hit by two major earthquakes in October and November. In addition to the many campaigns launched to support the people in the area, BDP municipalities are now making preparations to set up laundries. They hope to find a solution to the problem of cleaning which has been one of the basic needs of the earthquake victims since the very beginning of the process.  

The organization of the laundries under the leadership of “Van Crisis Desk” is undertaken by Baðlar, Bismil, Viranþehir and Ceylanpýnar municipalities.

The laundry service of BDP municipalities will begin next week in the second region, Ýstasyon Neighborhood area. Cleaning materials for the laundries will be provided by the mentioned municipalities.
