The police have raided the Kýzýltepe Municipality premises, Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) Kýzýltepe Branch and several houses. The raids were carried out in the early hours of this morning.

According to the first reports coming through, several people have been taken into custody, including Assistant Mayor Leyla Salman. They have been taken to the Kýzýltepe Police Department for initial interrogation.
