While political operations continue against Kurds and opposition, prison authorities have once again denied PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan's lawyers to visit their client.
Once again the reason given for non authorizing the visit has to do with problems with the boat which should bring lawyers to Ýmralý where the Kurdish leader has been detained since 1999.
The new denial means that Abdullah Öcalan has been denied his right to talk with his lawyers for 147 days now.
On 22 November 36 lawyers, most of them defending the Kurdish leader, have been arrested within the scope of the so called KCK (Kurdish Communities Union) operation.
