One person detained and five under judicial control in Amed
One member of the family who was detained in Amed was arrested, and a judicial control condition was imposed on other 4 people.
As part of the political genocide operations in Amed, 5 people from the same family were taken into custody following the police raid on a house in the central district of Bağlar on 16 September.
Father Mazhar and his children Hasret, Büşra, Rojhat and Rojbin Demir were detained on the allegation of "membership of a terrorist organization". The prosecutor requested the arrest of 5 people after taking their statements.
The Magistrate on Duty decided to arrest Rojhat Demir and to impose a 'judicial control measure' on father Demir as well as his children Hasret, Büşra and Rojbin Demir.
