One soldier died and 3 others were injured during the clash in the late hours of last night between TSK (Turkish Armed Forces) and guerrillas in Andaç (Elemûnê) village of Uludere/Þýrnak, which is near the border with the Federal Kurdistan Region.

The operations in the region are continuing for many weeks now.

While there has been an intense military transport to the region after the clash, the operations are expanding.
