Operation Wrath of Euphrates: ISIS attacks repelled
Operation Wrath of Euphrates fighters repelled ISIS gangs’ attacks on Siwêdiye town and Humarîn and Widyan villages to the northeast of Tebqa Dam.
As the siege of northeast Raqqa continues during the Operation Wrath of Euphrates, ISIS gangs launched attacks on Siwêdiye town and Humarîn and Widyan villages to the northeast of Tebqa Dam.
After intense clashes, Wrath of Euphrates fighters repelled ISIS attacks and seized the bodies of 5 gangs as well as 5 Kalashnikovs.
The third phase of Operation Wrath of Euphrates, which began on February 4, continues. Syrian Democratic Forces fighters are currently 11 kms away from Raqqa.
