With a spectacular poster campaign activists of the Kurdish youth movements TCŞ and TEKO-JIN protested together with other internationalists for the freedom of Abdullah Öcalan. The Revolutionary Youth Movement (TCŞ) and the Movement of Young Combatant Women (TEKO-JIN) built a 100 square meter picture with the inscription "Freedom for Öcalan" with 100 pieces. Turkish fascists tried to disrupt the action, but this was largely prevented by the determined action of the activists.

The action is part of the campaign "Together for Uprising", with which the youth movements especially expand the struggle for freedom of Abdullah Öcalan. The Kurdish leader is considered the key to the peace process in the Middle East and the mastermind of radical democratic, confederalist models, which are also implemented in the tradition of Murray Bookchin in Rojava, among others, and represent a lived alternative to capitalist modernity.
