Peri Municipality co-mayor Çelebi sent to prison again
Peri Municipality co-mayor Orhan Çelebi, who was released on 11 August, was taken into custody again due to the prosecutor's objection to his release.
Peri Municipality (in the province of Dersim) co-mayor Orhan Çelebi was sent to prison. He was taken into custody in Edirne on 13 July and released from Edirne F Type Prison on 11 August as a result of an objection to his detention.
Çelebi, who was taken into custody after coming out from a visit with prisoner Fadime Çelebi in Edirne F Type Prison, was arrested again and sent to the same prison.
The prosecutor's office objected to Çelebi's release, and the upper court accepted the objection.
