Kurdish Free Life Party (PJAK) warned Iran not to execute imprisoned Kurdish student Habibulla Latifi. Media reports say that Latifi’s death sentence will be executed tomorrow.
Kurdish group which fights for creating a Kurdish autonomy in Iran declared a unilateral ceasefire last year and called Iran for a peaceful solution.
There were only a few clashes between Iran and PJAK since then.
But PJAK says if Iran executes Letifi it will reviews the ceasefire declared against Tahran regime.
Kurdish group underlined that Kurdish political prisoners are being used as hostages by Iran.
“Our ceasefire decision and peace declaration don’t mean that our movement will be silenced against the crimes of Iranian regime” the statement read.
“We will use our right to retaliate against Iran’s attacks and executions”
PJAK also called all Kurds to hold demonstrations against execution of Letifi’s death penalty.
