The anniversary of the establishment of the PKK was celebrated in Switzerland with marches organized by Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger and Jinên Ciwanên Azad in Bern, Basel and Ticino.

The rally in Basel was in Claramatte Square, where Kurds and their friends met carrying PKK flags.

At the end of the march in Dreirosenbrücke there were speeches and dances.

Kurds and their friends got together in Reitschule in Bern and joined a torch march in the city center. German and Kurdish slogans were shouted during the march behind the large PKK flag, while people around the area supported the action from time to time with applause.

After the march, the people came to Reitschule again.

In Bellinzona in the Canton of Ticino, Kurds and their friends gathered in front of the post office to join the march organised by TCŞ and JCA. The march was promoted with the slogan "Defend Rojava, against the occupation".

Italian and Kurdish slogans were shouted during the march. The action ended in Piazza Collegiata.
