Prime Minister Erdoðan has finally agreed to speak to the Saturday Mothers. He had recently said: “"Who are they, do you know who is behind them?". In an apparent change of attitude now the Prime Minister will see the relatives of disappeared people today in Dolmabahçe palace.

Prime Minister Erdoðan seems to recognize Saturday Mothers four months after targeting them in his speech in September by saying; “Who are they, what are they doing? They are just sitting. Do you know who stands behind them?".S aturday Mothers, the relatives of disappeared people making sit in actions at Galatasaray Square to demand the disclosure of unidentified murders and disappearances under custody and the prosecution of responsible ones for 15 years, were sent an invitation to meet by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoðan. The meeting which will be held this evening, at 5pm in Prime Minister's Office in Dolmabahçe will be attended by Sebla Arcan, Haným Tosun, Berfo Kýrbayýr, Hüseyin Ocak and ÝHD (Human Rights Association) Ýstanbul Branch Chair Abdubaki Boða.
