Turkish police staged a crackdown on the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) deputies that started a march after ending their one-week Justice and Conscience Vigil in Yoğurtçu Park Sunday evening.
The MPs were heading to Kadıköy İskele Square when they were attacked by the police with pepper gas.
The mass accompanying the deputies is chanting “Pressures cannot intimidate us” and “HDP is people, and the people are here”.
