The HDP Edirne Provincial Organization building was blockaded before the march for democracy organised by the party kicks off. The march will begin from Edirne, Ankara and Hakkari today.

A high number of police officers were deployed in front of and around the party’s building.

Many governors have banned actions and activities in different cities in a clear attempt to prevent the march.

Despite these prohibitions, HDP co-chair Pervin Buldan, parliamentarians and party executives will meet in front of Silivri Shopping Center at 12 pm today and head towards Edirne for the Edirne arm march.
