Protest against the arrest of Leyla Güven in Brussels
The arrest of DTK co-chair and HDP Hakkari MP Leyla Güven was protested in Belgium on Tuesday.
Brussels Beritan Women's Council and SKB (Socialist Women’s Union) activists attended the action held in front of the European Parliament (EP) in Brussels, the capital city of Belgium.
The action called attention to the fact that the arrest of Güven was an attack on Kurdish women by Erdoğan, the dictator of the fascist regime. The women vowed to continue their resistance.
The action ended with slogans after a statement was read out.
