HDP-run Amed, Van and Mardin municipalities were seized by the AKP regime on 19 August. Their democratically and freely elected mayors were dismissed.
Protests are being organised everywhere in Kurdistan, Turkey, Europe.
On Saturday activists demonstrate in the city of Strasbourg, which a few months ago had been the centre of the hunger strike resistance demanding the end of isolation of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Photos of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and HDP flags were opened at the rally attended by the French as well as Kurdish people.
A banner in French said "Resistance against the tyrant Erdogan". After a minute silence to pay tribute to the martyrs of freedom, the people began to march handing out leaflets.
Ameeting was then held at Kleber Square. Speakers at the meeting said that "the will of the people has been usurped by the AKP with the dismissal of the freely elected mayors."
In the speeches emphasizing that the dictatorial regimes are those that ignore the will of the people, the importance of the struggle for the reconstruction of democracy was underlined.
The HDP, Partizan, ATİK, DIDİF and Against Racism, the Peoples' Brotherhood Movement joined the demonstration.
