Reuters, the renown international news agency, is facing a "ban" by Turkish banks and other financial institutions. Yesterday the institutions said that they will not share commentary with or give statements or interviews to the agency to protest against its refusal to call PKK guerrillas "terrorists".

Reuters has always stated it never uses the word terrorist for any group. The PKK guerrillas are "rebels" for the reporters of the international agency as all the other armed groups.
