Russian Foreign Ministry official Aleksandr Batsan-Harçenko spoke to the Russian press and said “These organizations are not in the terror list of Russia. This is a fact, this is the situation. We evaluate each concrete case as an act of terror depending on the result of the investigation on the perpetrators’ criminal activities.”
