ISIS gangs lay landmines when they flee a residential area, and Syrian Democratic Forces expert units find every one of them and defuse them.

Most recently, the landmines have been cleared from around Raqqa’s Hazima, Sekeriyê and Tel Semen villages that were liberated as part of the Wrath of Euphrates operation.

With the landmines being cleared, villagers now can return to their fields and reap their crops.
